Since last update

With the last update a lot of things have changed, the UI is much much better, the colours and contrast are very good and of course the farming.
We can now plant all the crops available and they are now needed for the new recipes (soya, taro, ginger etc...)
Some recipes can be a bit of a challenge if you do not collect some of the ingredients yourself, with the limit on workers (I am now at 31) you cannot get everything done with workers only.
Logs are the main concern, I have 4 workers cutting trees for logs and I cannot satisfy the demand for planks, firewood and sticks.
I must say I am much impressed by the game so far and am waiting to be able to have more villagers to expand.
As a side note, after the last update, I was fertilising my crop and run out of fertiliser, went to the compost bin to collect 50 fertiliser and saw a bucket on the ground in front of the bin, I clicked E to pick it up and my inventory filled up with 25 buckets of fertiliser, that was a surprise.
Also, where do I find ELM trees to get paper bark? I still can't make paper.

You can buy logs with the special nature to get bark and make paper from the traders in Sidel whatever it was called. Not naturally occurring for now.

Und hier auf dem Screenshot (ein Stückchen weiter in die Richtung gehen) von meiner Position aus gesehen, findet man Papierbäume. :)

There are paper trees south of the main river about halfway between Aratani and the coast. You'll be able to spot them because their leaves are a brighter green than the rest of the deciduous trees.
If you find yourself needing to help produce during the course of a season then you're pretty much playing the way the game is intended. However, if you feel that there are balance issues with what you produce and what you need, please note them in the Suggestions forum. The more people discuss balance, the more the developers can work with to try and find that balance.
