how do we get fishing nets?

If it's in one of the crafting menus, I've missed it in the several times I've looked.
I've looked here in the forums.
I've done a google search.
I've searched Youtube (I'm not going to spend an hour of my life watching a video just to find the 5 seconds of info I'm looking for)
