dx 12 is not supported

Доброго времени суток, подскажите пожалуйста в чем может быть причина, и как исправить ситуацию. Сегодня полностью переставила виндовс на 11 версию, обновила все драйвры, обновила драйвер видеокарты, проблема все равно не решилась, не могу запустить(((( выдает такую ошибку : dx 12 is not supported on your system try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument

Процессор : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Оперативная память : 12,0 ГБ

У меня такая же проблема. Купил 3 дня назад, установил нажал играть и вылезло это сообщение Unable to launch with RHI 'DirectX 11' since the project is not configured to support it. При чем Medieval Dynasty запускается отлично и играю норм, а вот Sengoku Dynasty не хочет.

GTX 960M only supports DX12(11_0). It's not a "full" DX12 device.
On the other hand the IGPU of the i7-6700HQ does fully support DX12 but is to slow.

Just be sure your HW is not older then the min. requirement postings, the GPU drivers are uptodate and at least Win10 or newer OS.
Else just post the GPU and CPU name and someone can tell if it's compatible or not.

Dx12 is a collection of APIs that are used for all kind of multimedia apps. The important info for gaming is the feature level. It will tell you, what the GPU can process.

i upgrade from a GT1030 which was able to play the game to the ARC A750, now i get the dx12 error, impossible to fix

my card is 12_0 12_1 12_2

Please check in your dxdiag app (Win search window "dxdiag" and execute the app):
Tab -> Display -> Drivers -> Function layers
if 11_0 and 11_1 are present.

If neither layers are present, the GPU does not support Dx12. Apart from that the GPU is slightly below minimum requirements.

I have the same problem, neither entering -dx12 or -d3d12 solves the problem. This game is bugged, returning it on Steam right now. Developrs, you really need to fix this. What a joke.
