Is it possible to find / craft / buy Koji Mold at this stage? I was hoping to make some Sake :)

You can buy it from the vendors near the temple. The stock is random, you might have to make multiple visits or reload saves.

Update: I found Koji Mold at the big temple traders too quantity 14 once so far. Found paper twice about 23 units. dynasty level 18
