Chrysanthemums do not grow back

Chrysanthemums do not grow back, even my villagers assigned to their picking do not produce the quantities requested.
But we need chrysanthemums for the health of the villagers and ourselves. And merchants don't sell them either.

Pretty much nothing grows back. I do not know what they plan about this.

Either we need regrow of some sort or it will be under farming. Including planting trees.

Before the patch, chrysanthemums growed back I think.

Grow back is a must, animals respawn, why not everything else with it's own timeframe?
