Special projects

I'm at level 20. I can't move up to level 21 because I can't find a new project.
Can you please tell me how to find a project I missed on the map I uploaded?

on top of iwasaki and on the right side of iwasaki in the river. theres a tower and a mining station special project your missing.

i FOUND THE tower on top of iwasaki but I have gone the whole length of the river on the right and cannot find the other tower or the mining statiion. Any suggestions?

The screenshot provided in the post from Goregor on 8/31/2023 shows the location of the mining station along the river. It also shows all special projects as of that current time (only the Lighthouse is missing).

Well, here the thing:
This thread is a year old, and the way to level up your dynasty has since changed a lot.
So special projects aren't needed any more to level up except for the exp they give on completion.

But the location and process hasn't changed, although the materials needed have. The image provided is still useful and completionists rarely care what something does; they just need to complete it!
