How to place Tatara Furnace

I have room for it. But I am unable to place it. Do I need to move things around?

yes, you have to move stuff around. I took down the doors and moved the blacksmiths table to the entry tiles, that way I could put the killian on the left side and the furnace on the right. Alternatively you can build another blacksmith.
