Blue locks in crafting

Some items with these locks are unimplemented portions of the game. Most will unlock as you progress through the game with the majority of available blueprints being unlocked by the time you finish the "Open the Gates" step of reaching Dynasty Level 14 and speaking with the Abbot.
Currently, there are several items (mining post and fishing hut in particular) that are locked due to a bug.
