Is there any secret crystal? Do Cranes also count as crystals? I just don't get the achievement.

There are some small crystals decorating the top of railings (not grind rails) in a few places that are pretty easy to miss, and a few crystals off the sides of platforms also pretty easy to miss.

I also noticed the small crystals and jumped down from each platform to make sure I didn't miss the ones on the sides.

It's the first park level, isn't it?

Yeah it's 301, make sure you're getting the ones in all the side areas as well, (one that comes to mind is next to the bubble you drop down on to get to a side area)

I wish there was a way to loop this level to make the achievement easier, maybe with a water bubble. It took me two 15-minute attempts to succeed.

Hella late, but I leave this here for the next wanderer: You can. At the last checkpoint there's a section where you have to jump in 3 rails in quick succession. Jumping from the last one to the right you go back to a speed track and near that track there's one of the first NANA letters below, leaving you close to the start.

For anyone like me wondering, the achievement will pop immediately after you break the last crystal, you do not need to beat the level before it unlocks. So if it hasn't gone off yet, you've missed one. (My two were the ones on top of posts you're flung by by a letter and a water bubble, it's really easy to ignore those.)
