Afterimage achievement bugged

It doesn't trigger immediattely. You have to close the game and open it again.

Which one? The only one that I had issues with was the final one. It was stuck on 45/46. I closed the game. Verified game files in the settings and opened the game back up and got the final achievement. All the other achievements triggered upon completion in game.

The achievement of buying all items from vendors is also bugged.

I didn't have an issue with it. I thought so to until i discovered you needed to buy every extra item even gear sets that have multiples. Including the items you trigger with Stanley in his final quests. If the item has a number you have to buy it. If it's unlimited you don't (may have to buy once). If all the quests are completed and you got to true end game, cleared out all the multiples of items in every shop including Se and food items. Then yeah there might be an issue.

The only achievement I've never gotten is the "complete all achievements" achievement, which I assume is because I did it across two playthroughs. It does track individual achievements per save file, so I imagine it only triggers if I do everything in one.
