How to activate save point portal to travel.

Hi all I see people travelling portal open on the save point tree. How do I activate it?

I am really stuck at the moment on stomp jumping through helicopter heat to obtain boots that gives me movement speed it's almost near impossible for me to get there without falling or miss the stomp and fall to the thorny ground. Is it better to come back to it when I get the super jump will it make it any easier?

Only about 1/3 of the trees can be used to travel between them, they are the larger ones. To travel between them you need the Flower of Confluence afterimage. You can travel to them after the first time you visit and save at each tree, and can target any tree (small ones too) by spending a Resting Potion by selecting it with Teleport on the map.

Please tell be the location of this Flower of Confluence afterimage I hear it's somewhere in Resting town. The struggle for me is that I have to walk all the way to everywhere as I have used all resting potion. Buy the way can it be bought from shop the resting potion?

Any advise on ways to just through the helicopter head through the thorny ground to get to boots?
Will triple jump and super jump make it any easier to jump through it or is the mobility boot not really worth the effort?

The flower of confluence is on the base level of the town, the same level all the buildings and the tree. You basically walk right into it when you enter resting town.
