Any good dew (money) farming strats?
Need to stock up on potions for some of those harder bosses. I'm scared of going broke, though.

Does anyone have a good strat for getting more dew drops quickly?

I'm intrigued to know also!

I know a bunch of people on Discord were trying out different approaches the last few days. I'd go check out the history threads, but it revolved around equipping weak weapons, Se's afterimage that drops dews after a critical, all the dew%+ equipment and accessories. Go fight a high HP enemy with this set-up and farm. I'll see if I can find more specifics when I have time.

Alternatively, there are Cheat Engine tables where you can edit your money/dews directly.

That already sounds pretty good, gotta try that. After I get all the necessary items for it, that is...lol.

Equipment:
Gorgeous Set (Tiara, Dress, Boots) = Dew gain +7%
Outfit 1011 = Exp gain +3% (there is no dew version, unfortunately)
OR
Outfit 1010 = Critical rate +1% (to increase drop rate)

Accessories:
Owl's Charm = Dew gain +4.5%
Mask of Uncle White = Dew gain +3%
Adventurer's Pendant = +1%

Total increase = 15.5% with everything I listed

Weapon: Anything on the weaker side with a high critical rate. But, there is a specific weapon people found that is ideal for this type of farming and I'm totally spacing on its name.

Afterimages: Mystic Coin afterimage so critical hits drop dew. Might also want to add Scavenger afterimage so everything is collected automatically.

Where to find these items?

The Gorgeous Set and Mystic Coin is from Se's store; Mask of Uncle White is from Stanley's store; Owl's Charm I think was from one of Owl's quest lines, I don't remember. You won't be able to gain these items until you're very late in the game since they require 1) a high number of Se coins and 2) completing Stanley's "Travel" quest.

Personally unless you have literally nothing else to work towards I would just equip all drop rate up equipment and sell the drops you get while working on other tasks. Remember that all items in last tab of your inventory have no purpose other than to be sold. You can also sell excess ingredients if you don't need them for dishes.

That's a solid suggestion. Some item drops can sell for 80-90 dews. You could probably combine both approaches to maximize your time efficiency (dew, drops, experience) with the right set of enemies and equipment mix. I'll leave it to others to figure out what the optimal approach (drops versus dews) might be, but those are your options.

Considering how a lot of enemies dont even drop dews, the best method is to increase item and rare item drop rate. I just sold all valuables and i got over 20k , and thats with base drop rate.

A thing I ended up doing, but that's kinda late game, was to use the screen right before the final savepoint in Sky Palace. It has like 11 or 12 small enemies that are very quick to kill and they drop stuff that can be sold for around 30-70 dew a pop.

Wearing several drop increasing gear pieces, I'd get around 4-5 drops on most spawns. I'd jump down from the save, kill them all with 1-2 AoE weapon skills and collect their stuff, then jumped back up, refreshed, rinse and repeat. Another good thing about this was that it gave me around 12k experience every round.

If you have the Afterimage that produces Dews on a critical hit and stack crit rate absolutely everything will drop Dews.

But does it actually give you mored dews over faming item drop to sell? I dont think so, i may be wrong on this though.

I've tested it just now. You get 30-70 dew from a single trash mob if you stack crit and equip the weakest whip as your main weapon (important since you want to farm the mob, not kill it). Then just waltz through an area with a decent amount of mobs and shred them with the whip's attack.
You can't guarantee this much dew per mob even if you stack drop rates to the max.
Ashen Canyon and Sky Palace are decent places to do this.
