[Major Spoilers] How to get all 10 endings guide
In the normal game you can get 7 endings and 3 endings once you've accessed NG+. Below are their requirements. You can get every single ending on one save file. Important key items such as Memory Shards are not consumed. Note: A "glyph" is one of your health charges that are located in your quest items tab in your inventory.

Sunken Sanctum (Renee) Endings (3)

1) Examine the device, defeat the boss ("Homecoming" ending)
2) Insert 1-2 Memory Shards, defeat the boss ("Cradle" ending)
3) Insert 3 Memory Shards, defeat both bosses. Note that your health charges and healing items do not restock between fights ("The Essential" ending)

The Memory Shards are located in:

1) Frozen Veins NE of the save point
2) The upper left-hand side of Albedo Tower below the portal to the Sky Palace. There is also a Stream Crystal in the same area

Field of Pyro (Ifree) Endings (3)

You need to defeat the twin Pyro Goliaths in Field of Pyro and Scorchwhere (Aqil and Agus, respectively) before these endings become available. Scorchwhere can be accessed in several ways:

A) Take the ferry at the end of Field of Pyro
B) The western exit of Goliath Fall with the Crimson Dash ability
C) Via the Field of Hydro and the Phoenix NPC that takes you to Solar Birthplace. This is how you get the super jump ability and requires the Sorrow glyph from Sunken Sanctum and the Eye of Gongor afterimage from Gongor in Whispering Forest

The area where the "egg" is located is close to the dual save points. Make sure you destroy the wooden beams so that the save point (tree) falls to the ground below to open up a shortcut. Open the map and look directly south of the save point. To the left of the narrow passage that requires you to slide there is a hidden path where you can jump/crouch down that leads to the egg.

The Ifree endings have a few more conditions than the ones with Renee in Sunken Sanctum. Once you arrive at the "egg" you will have a few options:

1) Select the "Let's begin, Ifree" and kill the egg ("Withering" ending)

Requirements. You need the following 8 glyphs: Sacrifice, Pyro, Anemo, Hydro, Geo, Light, and Being.

Note: Ifree survives

2) Soul invade, continue to hit the egg, and defeat Ifree ("The Hope" ending)

Note: Ifree dies

3) You need the 8 specific glyphs listed in 1) and do the following:
- Soul invade
- Hit the egg 1-2 times until Ifree tells you to stop
- Once you've been asked to stop and close the text box, you need to use a Resting Potion or exit to the title screen and reload your save
- Whatever method you used you'll end up at your last save point like normal. Now, go back to the egg for new dialogue that will cut to the ending ("Journey")

Note: Ifree survives

Easter Egg Ending (1)

Requires the Key of Se, which is given to you after collecting all 8 words of Shenlong. Make sure you exhaust all of Se's dialogue.

Silent Coast
- Go to the boat that takes you to Field of Hydro
- Hit the bell above your head to turn off the light
- Hit the switch on the right-hand side of the boat to begin moving
- As you travel you'll eventually reach an area filled with dark fog
- Wait at least 3 minutes in this foggy area
- Hit the switch again to change directions (do not turn the light on at any point)

If done correctly you'll reach a hidden island. Talk with Se and continue moving to the left. Upon completion you'll receive "The Wall" ending.

NG+

How to trigger: Complete the 3 Memory Shard ending ("The Essential") and one ending where Ifree survives (the "Withering" or "Journey").

NG+ is not what you think it is based on the name. It allows you to access a 10 chapter side story with a guest character, named 42, that fills in a significant number of plot details. Chapter 10 unlocks a new area called Nigredo Tower. You can switch between 42/side story (NG+) and Renee (NG) from the load screen. You're not locked out of anything.

NG+ Endings (3)

The first two are done with 42 during Chapter 10 of NG+. The true ending is done with Renee once you've completed Chapter 10. I am not 100% certain, but the true ending may not be accessible until you've seen both endings with 42.

1) Soul invade Karin and kill the boss ("Waiting" ending)
2) Do not soul invade, go through the Reality Mirror to the left of Karin and talk to the Anemo Goliath. Agree to do the ritual without having full knowledge ("The Dream" ending)

3) True Ending ("World Flower")

First, load your normal NG save file. With Renee head to Nigredo Tower. If you forgot how to get there start from the Albedo Tower teleporter save and head NE to the far right room on the second level. Now, go all the way to the bottom and fight Karin to receive her mask shard, which completes the "Forbidden Grounds" quest.

Next, interact with 42 for an additional conversation about her soul field. This should prompt the "Seal of Souls" quest. Return to Owl at the top of the Archives in Holy Grounds and he'll tell you that you need your mask repaired to pierce 42's soul field.

To proceed you need 3 additional afterimages to be able to fight the true final boss. These can be done in any order.

A) Nuo Mask

Go to Field of Hydro and speak with Samsare, the Hydro Goliath. The Nuo Mask requires 5 mask shards. Here are their locations:

1) Rainbow Plains. To the right of the first save. You need to jump on top of the building where you can also pick up Pompeii's Magic Letter
2) Town of the Exiled. Boss drop from Auss. Cannot miss since it's required for game progression
3) Teardrop Base (via world map). Defeat the Ode member in the basement
4) Holy Grounds. While still in the jungle, above the entrance to the golden city/Archives there is a giant stone statue. Requires Eye of Gongor (cures petrification) from Gongor, the Eldricht Fusion located in Whispering Forest
5) In the final area accessible via NG+ defeat Karin. Cannot miss since you need to defeat her to prompt this entire quest line

Now, with all 5 mask shards, go back to Samsare. She will create the Nuo Mask, but will tell you that it is not sufficient on its own and that you need 2 additional items. Prompts quest "Sword and Light."

Note: 1) Your personal mask does not count toward the 5 required to complete the quest, but it is used as the base for the Nuo Mask's creation (i.e., Mysterious Mask in inventory = Nuo Mask in the Afterimage tab) and 2) you can collect all 5 mask pieces in advance if you just want to visit Field of Hydro once.

B) Sword of the Lake

Go to the Heart of Veins save point. To the left is a sword in a stone you can attempt to pull out. Once you have all 4 Stream Crystals the sword will attempt to soul invade you. Kill the boss.

Stream Crystal locations:

1) Frozen Veins, beat Izotz, the Frozen Knight
2) Albedo Tower, SW of the portal to Sky Palace, same area as the Memory Shard
3) Halcyon Veins, to the left of Se's location past a red barrier
4) Raging Veins via Ferryman at the end of Field of Pyro

C) Halo of Genesis

>>Speak<< with the turtle NPC in Forest Foregone. You need 180 talent points to pass his test (credit to black_wind for sharing). Note that there are 2-3x talent point items all over the world map and most vendors sell multiple copies. Consult @demajen's map for any that you might have missed. To retrieve the Halo go to the top of its shell and interact with the golden light.

Return to Nigredo Tower with all 3 afterimages and you'll be able to do the final series of boss battles in the game.

Other things to know:
1) Get Se's Treasurescope as soon as you can. Buy out her store 3x and it'll populate
2) There are 13 total Glyphs in the game. However, having all 13 does not give a different ending. All you need are the 8 listed above

It's at the NW corner of Scorchwhere where you get the super jump ability (Solar Birthplace).

And...the Halo of Genesis requires all 13 Glyphs and has nothing to do with your level or talent points.

I had to check this after getting the Halo recently. I have only 12:
Being, Light, Geo, Hydro, Anemo, Pyro, Belief, Sacrifice, Covenant, Sorrow, Felicity, Rebirth
Maybe a certain set or a lower number of them is required?

Listing the glyphs/runes reminded me of the turtle talking about seeing some light. Might it require the Light one?

Didn't have 3 out of 13 glyphs when got the Halo, so no (remember it for sure 'cause didn't finish Nightmare quest, didn't finish the game and didn't find the glyph right near the game's end when got the Halo) ._.

Does it matter for the endings how many memory shards you have before talking to Owl and performing that resonance something ceremony in front of the crystal ball?

No it doesn't. The ritual gets interrupted and you have to redo it somewhere else so it doesn't matter how many shards you have at that time.

Oh ok, thanks, thought the outcome changed based on the amount you had then.

Appreciate the heads-up on the turtle NPC. This is slowly driving me crazy on what the exact conditions might be, so I'll just list what we know right now.

I can't climb Albedo Tower because there are some platforms that block me. How do I cross them?

Chapters are only in NG+, so pay no attention until then (:
Do 7 endings in NG, then 2 in NG+, and after - you'll be able to do get the last one.

You need to beat the primary boss in both Field of Pyro and Scorchwhere before these endings become available.
A note about Brandr, the Blazing Blade:
I had met him first at Scorchwhere when entering from Goliathfall, but then I turned back without beating him as there were a lot of other areas I didn't explore.
Then while going through Field of Pyro, I ran into him here (not marked on Demajen's map either):

After beating him, he continued the conversation started before, which seemed odd. I thought he might have multiple battles similar to some other bosses, but afterwards he didn't show up in Scorchwhere again. So it might be possible to just beat both bosses in Field of Pyro, without visiting Scorchwhere.

Edit: I mixed up which boss is needed from Scrorchwhere. Agus can be fought only there, so the last sentence didn't make sense.

(This may not be too useful, but as it happened, in the Field of Pyro arena I found a very comfortable way to cheese Brandr: Wall double jumping in the corner with Rainfall Messenger makes you immune to most of his attacks and the droplets take care of him pretty quickly. It's interesting that the other pyro boss, Aqil, has a different, but even safer way to cheese, where he doesn't fight back.)

Yeah I was only missing the final glyph, I obtained the halo with 12 so I guess only your lvl progression matters.
