This game have 3 slot Charms but i'm still can use 1 slot? Some one can use it all 3 slot?

You get a specific item (Divine Ring, I think) that allows you to equip additional charms. Your second one is 4-5 areas in.

i'm like lv 58 and I already had a divine ring back when i was 20-30

I believe you get the second Divine Ring in Goliath Falls from the wind/earth mage boss, which is the area above Rainbow Plains.

Yeah that boss is currently destroying me. But tbh I am definitely underleveled for the area. I think recommended before the path was like level 75 and I'm 62.

Looked for where the first one was forever, so incase anyone else tries to find it and come looking here:
The first divine ring is from the boss Crystallissed Wolf in Ashen Canyon (~lvl 39), you get there from the bottom of the Collumn (area with a lot of water) around halfway through the area you can go down a shaft and to the right is the boss.

The second ring is at the top of Goliath falls after a boss: Occult prime of anemo & geo, this one is a late game area (~lvl 72).

A bit of a nekro for the post but this showed up on the first page of google so will help others looking for it later, it would have saved me a few hours so i'm sure others will be happy for it.
