this happens too much in the food industry, 1 person can bot reviews and tank any reputation over meaningless subjective tiny things
steam needs review admins who can help devs delete malicious reviews and ban users from reviewing

I think there was a Chinese fund raiser of sorts, and the backers were not happy with something that happened. I haven't dug to much into it, but that is the feel I get from this situation.
