How to cross Field of Pyro horizontal barriers?

What item or ability do i need to cross these and where?

Don't exactly know what you are referring to but maybe you need the jumping ability which you can get passing the underwater gate you find when you travel west in the field of hydro. You will find a bird there which will take you somewhere where you get the ability to basically fly.

A screenshot would help, but if it looks like a sort of red barrier sort of like fire, then check if you can stand on it. If you can, then it's basically just a switch door. Find the appropriate switch (looks a bit like a torch) and hit it. If the torch goes out, then that should have opened one of those barriers.

If you are talking about something else, then we need to see it to be sure.

You need to find a switch to deactivate the barrier. It is somewhere not too far away. just explore the map around the area.
