Shirtname in career mode changes automatically to last name

we are given initially with options to select which name to be put on shirt, first or last. I had chosen first name, but after some matches it automatically got changed to last name. I can't change it back to first name now... please fix it...

There is still a lot of problems with this game fielding shirts etc but cannot be bothered to update the game last update may 13 it is now july get this game updated
