Wearing vests in game

I see multiple variations of shirts and vest for my team uniform but but don't see a way to wear them in the game... how does that work

Jumpers are worn dynamically when the weather is cold enough for players to wear them.

Thank you I figured that was the case... I tried to make the weather cold it just seems there is no way to do that either. Even when I set it to 8 p.m. Lol its even still sunny then

If you're desperate, you can start a match at 1am and it'll most likely be cold throughout. :-)
