child labor option
could we set an option maybe in the skills menu to have children work or not. so we dont have to manually go to each kid and set them to freetime if we so choose. so unless the kid is doing somthing they actually love todo they dont have to. especially in late game large communities. this will also allow for them to turn back on in times of need like disasters or harvest or planting times.

You can just go into the Skills menu and disable all skills except the ones they like if you don't want them doing anything else.
true i could but when your clan gets to a certain size that becomes troublesome and hope to remember to turn the other skills back on once they come of age. right now with a clan of over a 100 its hard to make sure i catch all the kids once they do hit juvi and move their favs and least fav skills
I very much wish that 'X is Juvenile now' was not a drop-down event but a right-side 'alert' event, that stayed until I clicked it, and clicking it would take me to the charsheet of that Fellow. Would help so very much.

I agree with this, I miss so many of these and then spend ages trying to find them.
Agree with having the option to turn on/off for all, as well as the notification sticking to the right side until I check them out. :)
