i don't under stand how to change this option like the guide says

it seems like the guy who made the guide is not responding to any question so im left to ask here, there are only one game guide.

any ways the in chapter 3 when Alexandra and Call are captured they guide says that one of the two choices will cause Alexandra to be punished the other will be Call. is this even true cause both of the choices will cause Alexandra to be punished. the reason why i want to change this is cause if Call gets punished the guide stated that there will be extra scene with the MC saving her but nothing like that with Alexandra?
the to choices i think its referencing are:

1: The Galactic Union will burn this planet to the ground!
2: I beg for mercy, King Guntag!
no matter which one you choose the same result, and the guide is very vague what i means will cause this extra scene with Cell at this moment. please help

There IS a way, but I haven't played this is quite a long time. If I remember right, it has to do with your choices when the two women are first captured.

Possibility a decision made earlier after landing as well. I had a lot of trouble getting it at first too until I ended up talking to the Dev to get the answer..

how did you talk to the dev? they some times but rarely respond to these

Well it was a long while ago, so I forget exactly why.. Probably in response to a post I made, but he sent me a friend invite. So he is on my friends list..

I checked and I actually kept a copy of what Space Sumarai said, and this is what I have on this...

To unlock that scene throughout the adventure on Enarus White will never have to reassure or support Call in any way, so doing so will keep Call Guntag's favorite target.
In case you have problems in succeeding we will give you more detailed solutions on how to move through the choices.

I'll protect you, It will work out, John will come to save us.
John will come to save us, I'm gonna protect you, I didn't touch those eggs.
