Disagree, economy is base of power and properity and you realy dont need to go war to have power, you can buy territorys, bribe people, spend money on intelligence or Stock markets to have that power. personaly if i Play PR2023, i never go war, i buy territorys, sponsor terrorist groups and ruin enemy countrys economically. Current gameplay as south africa with 140Million people, im first economical power, lightyears ahead in research and have 0 military. Not single armed man. But controlling a Pan-africa organization with 2,5 people and all by diplomacy and bribes. SO there is no need to go war, war is more expensive and random
Again, that is simply just a war game...and not a very good one. Supreme Ruler is NOT a geopolitical simulator
