I don't know if this counts as a bug or a feature
I jokenly threw a xray mushroom at a mimic (the mosters that look like us) and when it ran into it, the monster took dmg. around the ammount of a punch.

I love it and hope it isn't a bug... there is something clever about x-rays doing damage to mimics.

I don't believe it's a bug, you can damage your friends by throwing items at them as well; even the medkit, ironically.
