First person view camera jitter/shake

Keyboard & mouse:
Circle strafing while looking at a fixed object causes 1st person camera jitter. When outside (not in vehicle).
7 days to die uses Unity & some how they managed to fix this issue.

This is actually the exact reason i stopped playing the game. Camera movement is way too jittery and feels really bad to my eyes.

This! The dev doesn't even acknowledge the issue. Stopped playing because of this and this alone tbh

Just tried game again after 4 months. Please fix this. I had to stop playing after few minutes.
