I don't recall having this issue in the past. Started a new play through to check things out
and bought the truck , went to town and bought oil, antifreeze, belt, wires, air filter and fan. Came back installed them and realized I forgot the timing gear, ran back to town and bought came back home only to find air filter, fan and wires either fell through the ground or
despawned.

Yea there are a couple areas that aren't 100% ground. I assume you put them on the dirt and not on the garage floor. I have lost MANY a air filter like that. If you are lucky you can go to the lost and found and it might be there. Another bad area to put stuff down is on the sidewalk or street by the parts store.

Aaah ok tyvm. and yep right on the ground in front of the truck spawn at the house
