I have lost the battery while changing the engine of the truck. Where can i buy a new one?

You can randomly find batteries at the junkyard. Until then, you can also borrow the one from the golf cart (by Jake's house).

I tend to periodically go through the junkyard and grab any batteries I come across. In my current playthrough that I've been streaming occasionally on Twitch, I've probably got at least half a dozen spares. Most of which I keep up at the moonshine still.
