Items of Knowledge location

In Hauser's Library needs 5 some Items of Knowledge. I had only 2. So, where I can find them all? I walked around all locations and finds nothing.

You have to complete certain objectives in some of the other wards, or get caught from the staff.

For example, dying to Cher Sauers will get you an item of knowledge. Wolfram in the Bathhouse actually has two for you whether or not if you taken a shower or not.

Yes be careful when you are leaving an area after finishing a challenge and look around. I missed a couple because I walked right by them. The prison area has one which you may or may not find easily.

Listen in for the crinkling sounds, it means an item of knowledge is nearby. They shine too, and are large pieces of paper usually set on a desk, an end table or other flat surface.

There are three items of knowledge in Wolfram's bathhouse actually. You get the third one by not going to the pools and instead follow Wolfram and getting caught by him on purpose. You will find yourself in the prison. There you'll find the item of knowledge.
