Incomplete Areas

I have completed every area bar the Bath House and Randolph's Office. I have absolutely no idea how to complete these areas, I honestly can't see any other paths.

The paths in Randolph's Office for 100%:
1. Knock Randolph out with a syringe and escape
2. Follow Randolph to his office and get caught after he's finished talking
3. Get caught by Randolph without following him to his office

I'm really stuck on the Bathhouse as well though. So far I can get these paths:
1. Get caught by refusing to take a shower and running away
2. Get caught by going to the private area instead of taking a shower (might be same as 1)
3. Get caught after the pool hallucination and go through the shower monster event
4. Escape after the pool hallucination (got the keycard the first time, this doesn't respawn)

I can find a smelly door in the bathhouse that I can't go through, but don't know if that's related. I'm missing one piece of knowledge and guessing it's on this mysterious missing path.

Will, the other one you're missing, unless I misunderstood, is doing the hallucination at the pool WITHOUT showering and then getting caught. If you skip the shower and proceed to get caught, you get thrown into a different end area.

Thanks, that was one heck of an odd criteria but I succeeded and I have to say I was not expecting something like that!

Okay so as I see it if you wash and Wolfram catches you, you do the flooded locker room scene. If you are unwashed, you do the sequence where Wolfram tries to scrub you to death. Then there is following the helpless patient into his own pool and following his advice, collecting a key card.

So one more do you think? Hmm, off I go.

Okay I see what I have done. I fail to pick up the document as I leave the area and slip into the hole to end the loop.

i got the same problem on the achievements. I finished the game but ive got no achievement for getting all paths in any area.

Oh sorry to hear that. The achievements did all unlock for me when I found all the paths in a single area. Maybe if you check the integrity of the files or reload the game (if you have a save game file in the Steamcloud), that may help.

This is old, I know, but if it helps, you need to configure the save file and switch your game from Exploration Mode to Guided Mode.
When I did that, I received all the achievements about the paths because I completed them prior to changing the save file. Seems like Exploration Mode is buggy and disables certain achievements even if you do things correctly.
