Bug with tarot cards

I talked with Yu about every card but still didnt get an achievement for doing so. Is there any way to get that achievement on that save or should I delete it and start over?

Nah, I've got all 15, the thing is the counter of that achievement stopped on 9/15 , and whatever I do it won't get higher

Same problem here, I got three last cards today and no achievements at all, mine stop count on 12/15. Even other achievements doesn't not appeared, like Winner and The Last Secret.

By the way, I'm loving the game!
