[Spoilers] Cannot get 'Loser' achievement
I've completed the Justice ending, I've been running the interrogation bit a few times and I still can't unlock it

if you're on the justice route, nothing in interrogation matters. if you've been retrying from a save point, best to start from the beginning to make sure you've got the steps completed correctly.
