Loading plantation log car at logging camp

Went to load 6 of the new plantation log cars with logs and the loading was inconsistent and buggy.
First off, early testing had a single plantation log car in front of a crane and it loaded just fine.
Came back later with 6 cars and had the first and third cars lined up with each crane (middle of cars lined up decently with cranes), but the logs loaded from both cranes onto the 2nd car. Once the 2nd car was loaded one crane would load 1 log onto either the first or third car then stop. Had to manually hit the crane to finish loading the car. The other unloaded crane would not get any logs.
Moved the train forward and backwards some and could eventually get the crane to continually load, BUT the car would not load. At least not at first, after loading about 5 invisible logs, the car would start to actually get logs.

Suspect these cars have 2 bins for accepting cargo (like all cars that can accept multiple freight types) and the logs are going into the second (pipe) bin. EBT Hopper has the same problem. Except with the plantation log cars I cannot find/see the second freight bin.

Yeah, I had the crane lined up perfectly with the middle of my first car and it loaded the second car and then the first car.
