There are inces, miles and fahrenheit standard

And yet, laying track is all measured in meters.

Why is it interesenting, if there are stand 400°C or 750°F, it must be burning !!!

There is a very simple way to do it, you must simply, as us math guys say, use the calculator (Digital math problem solving device) between Fahrenheit and Celsius to get it. Say you have 700 degrees C, use the calculator to type it in, and the answer is 1292 F, the same goes for converting meters to feet or miles, say you have layed 50 M of track, calculate it in the calculator, and the answer is approximately 164 ft (actual answer 164.042 for all the "precise" people) Calculators are a great way to get through any problems except on non-calculator school tests, those times are when you mentally do it, or do it on paper. If you do not own a physical calculator, use a computer one, computer don't got one? Google probably does, google doesn't, then I really can't tell you because google has basically everything so good luck with that predicament, anyways, I hope this comment helped at least temporarily fixed or permanently fixed your issue, maybe they'll add a way to switch between Metric and Imperial measuring systems one day, I don't know.

I agree a metric setting for the units used in the HUD would be great for non-american players

I've never understood this complaint. In the modern world, you really should be comfortable with both scales by now no matter which flavor you use.
