Bridge Builder III Achivement?
I've built a *lot* of bridges, well over 16km worth now by my own calculations, so I am surprised I've not unlocked this achievement yet.

Is there a trick or bug to how the game calculates bridge length? Does it have to be one continuous section (that would be insane for 16km!). Is there any way to know how much bridge length I have built?

Did you build the bridges before the update, because if you did I found they aren't compatible with the achievements, you have to manually do the things all over again. Which is a pain to do everything again, especially the earn 1 million achievement, because I have already earned this amount of money, and I don't want to do it twice, because it took a week or more to collect that cash.

I restarted my maps once the game went "full release". The last time I played, the agricultural and gold loops weren't even a thing. I've since built some stupid/silly projects on maps, like helixes and criss-crossing the valleys. By my own estimation I've likely put down between 20km-40km of bridge track as I have built entire lines in the air. So my question is, do those count? Or does it not count as a bridge until you anchor both sides to normal ballasted track and run a train over it? Maybe I have not yet put down 16km worth of a single specific bridge type? So, what does the game count as a "bridge" for the purpose of this achievement?

You have to build them *after* the update, otherwise it doesn't count.

If you have a shay or class 125, you have to buy another for it to give you the achievement.
