[Solved] Turntable with Turntable Pit
Currently, Railroads Online is installed with one Turntable that includes the Pit (in pre-built Maps). There are also three additional Turntables in-game that can be added which do not include a pit.

Based on what I have experienced with other railroad games, there seems to be a limitation adding the Turntable Pit. Has anyone found a solution to adding Turntables with the Turntable Pit displaying?

Is there a way to elevate the Turntables included with Railroads Online, assuming they include Pits?

Or am I doing something wrong when I add Turntables to Railroads Online Maps and they do not have a Pit?

Thank you for any help.

Select type 2 track and elevate it to X % then select a turntable and then just add it to the track.
Okay, thank you for your response. But all I see are Track with Low, Medium and High Ballast. Which does raise the Turntable when I add a Turntable now but does not completely reveal the pit or inner-rail or spider assembly. How do I find Track Type 1 and Type 2? And how do I raise track or anything by a percent? I have learned how to lay track using "Precise" and "Grade". Is there a manual that helps with all of this? The In-Game Wiki is very basic
Considering I've been on this community (RO exclusively) for almost 2 years (on a seperate account, got this one not long ago) I remember when there weren't words like "low" or "steel truss." There used to be a time when the catwalk bridge with white handrails was called the "D&RG style." Sorry, I'm getting off topic, back to the types of track, before it was called "low, medium, high, and none" the tracks were called "track 1, 2, 3, 4" Which is the current "low, medium, high, no ballast" types of track. Hope that cleared things up a bit, it used to be a bit confusing back in the stages when the wiki and tutorials didn't exist, for the first 10 minutes I didn't know how to fire the starter locomotive in Pine Valley, the only map of the time. Just thinking about it makes me feel older than I already am. Anyways, back on topic with a summary, I hope that that clarifys the confusing track types.

The grade, I really don't know how to help with that, I usually just use the roundhouse and turntable III, then just connect my existing rails to the turntable on a little siding.

Hope this at least helped a little, with my two years of much experience that I've had learning from the mistakes I've made over the period of time I've been playing. Maybe one day they'll add an option for turntable pits on the other turntables in the future. But, that is for the developers to decide.

Hit me up this Saturday, i usually open my world to free play all day, ive basically done what your looking for with regards to turn tables, But its just weiBbrot has said, you need to raise your track up off the ground then attach the turntable to the track and it will be placed at that height, and yes all 3 turntable models have well, though the level 1 turntable needs to be surrounded with a wall because it doesnt have an outside texture below the top stone work

Thank you for the invitation. I will try, but can't promise I will make it Saturday. Also, I have never done multi-player, so apologies beforehand if I cause any issues.
