Snow In General - needs some work

So been playing more with dynamic weather turned on and the snow is just annoying in the way it 'Doesnt' function.

There is alot of good work done with it, like the plow cutting a trench through deep snow, but it doesnt clear down to the track.

But my biggest peeve with it at the mo is with short section of track, you get a compressed effect and looks like some has taken a knife to it and just cut into it,
Add to that if your track is too low the ground snow texture covers the track and the plow doesnt clear it at all.

plus the train should be able to clear the line to some degree even with out the plow, idk if possible add and effect where the train clears the bear minimum of track leaving a deep trench either side that then fills in over a short time period and plow clears a wider area and the effect last for a longer period, would be nice if the snow would also slow a train and cause wheel slip on tracks that havent been cleared meaning you would need to use more sand then normal.

Also seasons. would be nice if the snow would stick around rather then instantly melt as soon as it stops snowing.

This is my biggest problem with snow atm. It melts right away. Imo would be nice if it would stay through winter and only starts to melt in spring. Or atleast stay several day/night cycles. As it is atm it melts before i can even get the plow attached to a train.
