Freight Depot unloading

When I try and unload (meat) at the dock freight depot the boxes bounce of the wall an re-enter the car. The car will show 36/36 then 35/36 and go back to 36/36 and so on. I can stop the cycle by pressing the unload (enter) button again.

Is this happening at the freight depot (brick building, many doors), or the red mountain depot (red building, lots of junk on the platform), or the depot on the dock on mesa plains? I only ask because they all use the same map icon.

It's the dock on mesa plains.

The problem is the roof of the warehouse.
I solve it for my self and unload my boxes at every freight depot (pelaid & com build) outside the roof, yes it cost time but is bug free !!
