Couplers arn't working

For some reason every time i'm trying to right click to couple the couplers, it just doesn't work, even changing it to different keys It still doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong, is there a new procedure I haft to do?

The automatic couplers, couple...well automatically when two cars come together. You don't need to go between the cars to click on them or anything. All you're doing is uncoupling them after they've coupled.

Oh ok, so its not like the link n pin days gotcha
so it applies the same with the locomotive coupling with the tender too?

On the topic of couplers a lot of people have been asking for an option to change back to link in pin when you buy a car or in general settings are the devs planing on adding this feature.

There is already an option to turn them off, go to the gameplay settings under options and turn off automatic coupling this will give you link and pin again.
