Customizable Whistles

I love the current whistles in the game, but some of them... eh, not so much. I think it would be cool if we could replace and/or customize whistles to our personal perfection. Say, make a Huber 6 chime or a low Central of Georgia 6 Chime (My two favorites) to put on the class 125 or the Lima. Some different whistles would be real nice, especially since if there is a whistle you do like you either have to know exactly what engine it's on or you have to guess and take a shot at buying one you think it's on, most of the time getting it wrong and having to guess again.
