Suggestion: 0-4-0 Porter (Betsy) with tender

I know this may of been suggested before but could a Betsy with tender be added to the game? The one I'm thinking of is the Antelope and Western No.1 currently at the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum. Heres some info i could find i'm unsure if it 100% correct:
