You can kind of simulate it with cheats from RRO Extended, but fully vanilla no

at the moment no futher in the development properly yes there is alot of features we props gonna get when the time comes and the devs are ready to release them and yes its annoying but its early access and slow pace

No yet but a workshop is planned and maybe also the possibility to sell (maybe also buy) used locos. but there is no timeline set for it by now.
