Show off your rail yard

Are you humping in your hump yard? Manged to find space to build huge trains? Show it off.

I decided to be clever and fold my hump yard in half to fit it west of the freight depot. Wow, that was too much work, but I can build 24-car trains in it, which is as many as I have the patience for at the cranes.

This very nice but pardon me asking where on the map you build this marvel? The engine sheds are very nice mine is an ugly semicircle at the freight depot :(

In terms of looking at the map its slightly above and little to the right of Oil fields being the best center spot to just about any cargo as the picutres shown was me standing on the coal tower for the high up shot. Not to mention some tracks can hold up to 30 or more while the far sides range from 15 to 20 cars

The circle of sheds is nice! I didn't have room west of the freight depot, but I like that location since my routes tend to start there.

Go to your screenshots and bring up the large view of one. Right click on it and "copy page URL". Just paste that in and steam will generate the preview card thingy.

A small snippet of the Uintah Glory Main Yard. I can fully assemble a 50+ car train in this yard. It wont render the entire thing because of the size. The tank train is approximately 42 cars long. the hump is on the east end of the yard with each lead being approximately 350 meters long.

Where the green Arrow on the map shows is roughly the Area of the yard as the Telephone box would also give hint to it.

dont know how to do that. you using a mod?

If you don't want to install Railroad Online Extended, you can use the Railroad.Studio website. Point it at your save file and it will give a nice visualization of the map and your rail. I'd be lost without it.

You linked the Steam screenshots page for the game. There is a neat railyard down the page a bit - cool if that's yours! That's a huge yard. Could you post a map view that shows the whole thing? I'm curious where you fit it in,

Edit: found some more of your screenshots. The scale really is impressive.
