I understand with the new physics update, that most trains will have water reseves/tanks which will fill the boiler, but my boiler is way above it's capacity. on all locos, not just those 2 I mentionned. Just to say, I never had to fill the heisler with water whatsoever, just keeps filling up (nice, but unrealistic).
The porter has a tank bult in to the boiler. You can see the water level if you walk into the boiler. The boiler fills only when it is below 90% the porter has 800 cpacity not 500. Just fill it until the tank is full. it should only take a few minutes. If you wait until the ui shows full you will wait for etenity because it will never be 100% full.
The Porter has a 800 unity tanks and a 500 unit Boiler.
So you are filling up the tank, and the boiler accepts water overtime.
Sorry for this English !
It only takes about 5 minutes at most to fill the tender from empty.
