Where can i walk to get firewood?

1. Go to Logging camp,
2. place/build fire wood depo close to any of the loading cranes
3. use the crane to load some wood
4. take fire wood to ur loco. (u can take only 5 at the time)

As a temporary fix, you can build a firewood depot anywhere and collect firewood even when it says 0/100. This will probably get patched sooner rather than later but until it does, just place depots wherever you need them.

It was working as of approximately 14 hours ago. Was there an update this morning? Sometimes you need to click a couple times to get the wood.

just put a track on the other side of the fire depot and unload logs or any kind of wood exceot cork and itll work, make sure to unload on the side with wood though

then you just pick them up and restock the tinder

i even unloaded 5 logs at my home firewood depot and it still says 0/100 i also tried to tage wood from there in my hand, but i couldnt grab any ;-;

I have the same problem with the firewood. It doesn't refill. Game only installed on 2.5.2023.

Firewood for the engines? The simplest fix is to build a firewood depot right next to where you're standing. Take the wood, fire the engine up, delete the firewood depot and carry on.

If your regular firewood depot is out of supplies you need to refill it. The small platform opposite of the long platform with the 4 stacks is for delivery and takes cordwood (best choice), logs (not too bad), beams and boards. The latter are of too much worth to put them into firewood depots as they are used in nearly every industry of the map except for the smelter and logging camp. If you do not have enough space for two tracks at a firewood depot always connect the small platform for refilling, as you can walk the firewood to your engine, but can't unload for refilling otherwise.

Hit G get a firewood depot set it next to your empty engine and fill it up and delete the depot when done.
