I have about 20 chinese games and this is true for almost all of them. Also their mods for other games. They make games that let you do a lot of cool things first and foremost, without really thinking very well about the balancing. Which is why this game has so much content that seems balanced around your first character like potions that heal a pathetic 50 vigour or status effects that do 1 damage per stack competing with an attack that can cost as little as 1 sword to cast and hit X times with no upper limit or an attack that costs nothing and does enough damage to 1 shot most of the world if you're the child of a sect leader
Balance isn't a thing this game is going for. If anything you should report underperforming things to see if they can be brought up cause buffs are far more likely than nerfs in games like these.
