How do I have a child? I have a spouse.

Is it possible to get a new dong when mine gets kicked into oblivion? I heard there was a way to steal someonelses?

How do I go to the island after becoming champion? I have not unlocked a new land mass for it, unless idk the name

After praying to the god statue at the temple for a kid (cost money), sleep with your wife (you need your groin intact)

Get it from unconscious enemy (must equip a knife)

OK thanks you. So I guess sleeping with my wife is an interaction? Also it seems messed up to cut of a guy ♥♥♥♥ after you knock them out. Also do you know what youcan do with someone's baby if you take it?

When you say a knife is it the concealed weapon or is there actually an item called Knife? I lost my baby and I been trying to get a new one by kicking people in the groin but nothing happens to them.

Nvm I figured it out, it was the concealed weapon. For some reason the one I had equipped didn't give me the cut baby option so I switched to another one. Thanks again!

You can stitch their part to your groin to make yourself whole : )
