I sure hope it’s not the only source.

I tried joining the Nethershade sect because, well, it seemed like the obvious answer but whenever I try to exchange for formulas, my stack of 1000 potions insight is still not enough.

Update : nevermind, I’m blind. There are two options “Of course” and “Not enough insights, come back later”. The first answer (that I missed somehow…) leads to exchanging for knockout drops and other formulas.
