So I know you can break your legs, get blind, and become a eunuch...but how do you get a hand disability? That's the one disability I never came across.

Well you get skills that disable the enemy from using palm, punch in the next round if memory serves so it could very well be that an opponent needs to use one of these skills against you for you to get the achievement.

To be clear I don't know however was first thing that came to mind.

Im merely guessing but isn't one of the punishments from the Dynasty having a bone shattered?

I have half an answer. There is a consumable that causes hand disability. I happened to get it trading with an npc. Maybe you can craft it like that potion? Maybe get it from five dragons sect? I don't really remember the name of the consumable either

That helped! It was the bone dissolving potion. I couldn't find a way to getting the formula naturally but since I already completed the game it wasn't difficult to get the necessary item to unlock it and brew it.

That helped! It was the bone dissolving potion. I couldn't find a way to getting the formula naturally but since I already completed the game it wasn't difficult to get the necessary item to unlock it and brew it.
