Fortune Jades

Hello,
from what I undestood, when you discover something new in the "kaleidoscope illustration" the game will reward you with a fortune jade. You can use those to increase your stats.
My question is: if I use all the jades on, let's say, "character 1", will I be able to use them again when he will die and I'll get to create "character 2"?
Will I be able to get more jades from another miniword or another character when I'll get all the jades I can from "character 1" deeds?
Lastly, how do you suggest to use them? I'm using them to make my basic attacks stronger.

The kaleidoscope illustration applies to your entire "account", every character you make can use all the jades you have collected, you'll get them automatically when you finish character creation as long as you already claimed them from the illustration. You can use them on whatever you think you need really, I wouldn't waste them on chi though, that's easy enough to get separately.

Oh! So if I get 100 jades on my first character and he dies I'll be able to use the same 100 jades on the new one? Pretty nice.
