Is there a way to make npc's wear chlothing?

I still don't know why but my father who is part of the da nei guards likes to follow me around even when i did not ask him to and occasionally he runs back to the barracks then comes back. At some point he got beaten and robbed of everything he had and was wearing and i have no idea how to make him wear chlothes again. He has them in his inventory but just won't put them on.

Is there just no way to do that at the moment or am i missing something obvious?

Usually if you gift/trade NPC clothes they wear them, especially the legendary ones. But it does not work all the time. I also wanted a mod/feature that makes people wear your clothes.

If you push 'E' button you can see if someone is in your group, therefore is following you. The easiest way to make people follow you is to greet them with Q, if they have enough affinity they will follow.

Also you chose the wrong parent , my mom had 6k HP and only a few people in the world could beat her.

Ok follow these steps:

1: Engage with them and in "interact" look for "get bio" and select it. Cost a few gold.
2: When the POPUP notification appears in the corner, click on that.
3: THAT menu it'll take you to, is THEIR character menu and bio.
4: Switch to the gear/kills tab and just like you would equip yourself, you can equip them. Along with any skills they have in any order you want there.

You CANNOT go into story and then select them to do the same, it MUST be done via the popup that appears. Yes that means every time you want to change their gear or skills you have to get their bio. It only costs gold once though and it's a tiny amount.
