How to make mod?

How can I create a mod for this game? If anyone knows please tell me.
I had seen some Chinese guides but I didn't understand anything.

I'm having troubles starting the mod editor, the only English tutorial i managed to find is a custom map tutorial.

If you have problems starting the editor I know how to solve them.
I also had problems but I downloaded unreal engine from epic and then selected version 4.26.2 as default. I reinstalled the mod tool and it worked.
