im infected with loveworm, bloodworm, and lampworm and i dont know how to get rid of them

There's a inner kung fu called anti toxin spell.

When it is active you can cure worm's like any other ailment.

If for whatever reason you still can't cure the worm's, it's likely a bug and unintended behavior.

You can duel people and if they use a death worm on you, the worms should blow up as well.
